The BEST part of a festival are the vendors, sponsors and food trucks! We're seeking a wide array of fibers, fairs, and flavors. Applications will be available here September 1, 2026. . Completed applications should be sent to:  freshcoastfiberfest@gmail.com​​​

All vendors must submit a hi-res logo, a headshot, plus 3-10 product/booth photos that will be reviewed and used in marketing efforts.  Applications that are unsigned or received without these files (logo, headshot, product photos) will not be considered. If you would like your business promoted on social media leading up to the festival, you must also submit a headshot and brief bio.  

*Indoor booth applications are juried. Applications are due by October 31st. Acceptance notices will be sent via email in early November.
